- 2. You share what's on your heart. I listen — fully — without interrupting or advising.
- 3. Scripture & prayer. I offer gentle Scripture encouragement and pray with you.
- 4. A quiet close. No homework, no notes kept. You leave lighter.
A private and respectful space
Faith Companion sessions are held by phone or secure video call only — there are no in-person meetings. Each session is designed to provide a respectful, confidential, faith-centered space for honest conversation, encouragement, prayer, reflection, and practical next steps.
What this is not
My Faith Companion is not coaching, counseling, therapy, medical care, spiritual direction, or crisis care. A Faith Companion does not diagnose, treat, advise, or coach — she listens, prays, and points to Scripture.
