• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and — only if you choose to share it — your phone number, along with what you're interested in and what brought you here. This may come from an intake form, the free-resource sign-up, or the website's AI assistant.
• Session information. If you become a coaching or faith companion client, notes related to your sessions are kept privately so Erica can serve you well.
• Purchase information. If you buy a digital product, our payment processor handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

To respond to you, deliver what you requested, provide the service you booked, and — only with your explicit consent — send occasional email encouragement, updates, and resources.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help run this website (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant).

The chat window on this site is an AI web assistant. It is not Erica Helm, and it does not provide counseling, therapy, medical advice, or crisis care. Your messages are sent to an AI provider in order to generate a reply.

Your conversation is stored only in your own web browser, so you can pick up where you left off. You can clear it at any time with the reset button in the chat header. If you choose to share your name and email with the assistant, those details are saved securely so Erica can follow up.

Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial details in the chat.

You are only added to the email list if you clearly say yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Nothing offered on this site is emergency, crisis, medical, or clinical care. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact emergency services (911 in the US) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reach out through the contact section and we'll take care of it.

This website and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
