Refund Policy
Written plainly, so there are no surprises. If something isn't right, tell me — I'd rather make it right than leave you unsettled.
Digital products
Devotionals, workbooks, and courses are delivered instantly by email, so they are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
If a file is missing, damaged, or won't open, email within 14 days and it will be replaced right away. If you were charged twice or purchased the wrong item and haven't downloaded it, that will be refunded in full.
Single sessions (coaching or Faith Companion)
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: one courtesy reschedule; after that the session is considered used.
- No-show without notice: the session is non-refundable.
- If Erica has to reschedule, you always get a new time or a full refund — your choice.
Coaching packages (4 or 12 sessions)
Before your first session, packages are fully refundable. After coaching begins, unused sessions can be refunded at the single-session rate of the sessions already held, or held as credit for up to 12 months — whichever you prefer.
How to request
Email hello@hiswisdomreigns.com with the name on the order and what you'd like done. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
