- What is the difference between faith coaching and a Faith Companion session?
- Faith coaching is a one-on-one coaching partnership — we bring clarity to your season, build Scripture-rooted rhythms, and set your next right step. A Faith Companion session is simply a listening ear: no plan, no homework, no advice. Someone sits with you, prays with you, and gently points you back to God's Word.
- Is any of this counseling or therapy?
- No. Nothing offered here is counseling, therapy, medical care, spiritual direction, or crisis care. If you are in crisis or facing an emergency, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or reach out to a licensed professional.
- How do sessions take place?
- All sessions are held by phone or secure video call. There are no in-person meetings.
- How long is a session?
- Faith coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Faith Companion sessions are 45 minutes.
- What does it cost?
- Introductory pricing is currently in place: $45 for a single session. Coaching packages are $180 for 4 sessions and $540 for 12 sessions. Original prices are shown crossed out so you can see the introductory savings.
- Which Bible translation do you use?
- Scripture is central to everything here. Erica references more than one translation depending on the passage and the person she is walking with — the goal is always biblical principles, plainly and faithfully applied.
- Do I need to create an account to buy a digital product?
- No login is required. After checkout, your files are emailed to you with a secure download link, along with your receipt.
- I did not get my download email. What should I do?
- Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still has not arrived, email hello@hiswisdomreigns.com with the email address you used and we will resend it.
- Can I reschedule a session?
- Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Full rescheduling details are provided in the agreement you receive when you book.
- Are refunds available?
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered because the files are immediately accessible. Sessions can be rescheduled, and unused prepaid sessions may be credited. See the Refund Policy for the full details.
- Is what I share kept private?
- Yes. Faith Companion conversations are not recorded or documented. Coaching records are kept private and are never sold or shared. See the Privacy Notice for specifics.
- Can I write for the blog?
- Wisdom Speaks welcomes guest writers and authors. Send a short note about what you would like to write and a sample of your work to hello@hiswisdomreigns.com.
